At STRUT Learning, we are looking for exceptional educators of all backgrounds – experts in psychology, social work, policy, research, administration, activism, community engagement and education, and other relevant fields – to partner with us to help advance the mission to deliver the well-rounded educational experiences that all students deserve. Our goal in partnering for the First 100 cohort is to provide mutual support as we work to transform classroom practices and societal outcomes. We do this by uplifting one another and continually exploring avenues of potential collaboration and promotion between our organization and educators like you. We ensure that our partnerships will be empowering and effortless to you, and that we always keep your priorities at the forefront of our work!

OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTNER
It is our hope that you will participate in one or more of the options of minimal time commitment and no conflict of interest:

1. Outreach Partners: Participate or refer passionate, innovative elementary school principals and teachers who embrace and leverage Social Emotional Learning and technology to serve as advisors
2. Social Media Champions: Actively engage with and share our content as we strive to share EQ/ SEL-advancing concepts each day
3. Pilot Testing: Test and use related EQ/ SEL technology tools, focusing on SELDA (our free EQ/ SEL Assessment) and eMojo (our EQ/ SEL adaptive platform) as it becomes ready and available for use
4. Academic Research: Collaborate in academic research studies and publications. We will share all results and de-identified data
5. Ethics Development: Change or improve ethics to have technology support academic growth without lowering EQ/ SEL
6. Open Partnership: For those with ideas that don’t fit neatly into any of the above categories!
